How to Register for Voters ID Card: (Offline)
- Visit the website http://ceoarunachal.nic.in and Click on Forms Download on the top left of the Home Page
- Download Form 6 for Inclusion of Name
- Take a Printout of the Form 6 and Fill the Application Form and Affix a recent passport size photo
- Filled Application Form along with relevant copies of documents like proof of residence, proof of Age should be send by Post to DEO Office of the Assembly Constituency.
Register for Voters ID through Online:
Visit the CEO Arunachal Pradesh official website and click on Online Voters Registration and fill the Online Application Form and follow the Instructions.
