http://www.ceo.kerala.gov.in is the official website of Kerala Chief Electoral Officer from which Kerala Voters ID Registration can be done online. 

People of Kerala who had completed their 18 Years of Age can Register online for Voters Identity Card through the website http://www.ceo.kerala.gov.in/eregistration.html and register themselves.

Before registration one has to keep with them a Voters ID of their Father or Mother or a Neighbor for giving the details at the time of registration. Photo can be uploaded at the time of registration or it will be taken at the time of hearing. 

Photo should be in appropriate format and size for uploading otherwise it cannot be uploaded.

• Modification (Form 8)
• Transfer (Form 8A)
• Electoral Roll Search
• Booth Wise Voters List

While Registration if we do not know the Booth it will be there in the Fathers or Mothers Voters ID. 

If it is not Possible to type in Malayalam it can be written using a Pen after printing the completed Application Form. 

Select an appropriate Hearing Date and attend the District Thahsildar at the prescribed Date and Time along with the Print Copy of the Application Form, Receipt and Original Birth Certificate. 

If Registration is not done after completed 8 Years one has to bring Residence Certificate from Village Office for the Proof of Residence. 

Application can be modified after registration through the website. If printing of the application form is not possible at the time of registration it can be done after registration from other place. Simply note down the application number. 

Application Number is enough while going for Hearing if print facility is not available.
